Summer houseboat trip

We just reserved a houseboat (http://www.houseboats.com/shasta/boats_group3.htm#odyssey) for the week of Aug 6 - Aug 13 at Shasta Lake. We have 15 committed to going so that leaves 3 spots left. If you are interested in going please email me. It should be a ton of fun. Someone with a jetski would be more than welcome.

St. Patrick's Day half marathon

Ty Jones, Dan Johnson and I went down to Sacremento to run the St. Patrick's Day half marathon (13.1 miles). We stayed with Graham in Folsom who also ran the half marathon. Dan did awesome considering that the farthest he had ever run before this was 5 miles. All our times are posted on the race website. http://www.ffsac.com/stpatricks/
click here for my picture from the race.
I started the run way too fast and paid for it not only toward the end of the race but for the next week when my legs and back were really sore.
